REFUND POLICY

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Jeep Accessories)

We offer a 14-day return policy for physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at will@santiscaps.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCTS

Products with custom engraving or personalization are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. Once we engrave a specific design on door lock covers or other products, we cannot erase or reuse the item. Please carefully review your custom design before placing your order. We will provide a proof or confirmation of your design before engraving when possible.

Custom engraved items are only eligible for refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping
- We made an error in the engraving (wrong design, spelling mistake on our part)
- The product is defective

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Downloads)

All digital products, including 3D models, SVG files, and digital planners, are non-refundable once downloaded. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct file before completing your order. We are happy to provide support if you experience any technical issues with your download.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at will@santiscaps.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Custom engraved items cannot be exchanged.
