PROCESSING TIME
Standard Products (Door Lock Covers, Keychains, Decals):
Physical products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom 3D Printed Products:
Custom 3D printed items require additional production time and are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We ship via USPS and offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days after processing)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days after processing)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days after processing)
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please note that custom 3D printed items have longer processing times before shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after your payment is confirmed. No physical shipping applies. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at will@santiscaps.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship physical products within the United States only. Digital products are available worldwide.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
